We want you to love your new wheels, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in unworn, original condition. Please ensure all tags and original packaging are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label and the included packing slip to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn Heelys back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.
